Sheeple have no clue what’s going on. In order to carry out a vast complex take down of organized crime you snatch the frontmen, turn them into informants and work your way to the top. The moment you blow the cover it’s all over. The leverage is gone, the case is blown, the evidence is shown through discovery…. You have to keep everything hidden until everyone is entrapped to change the system itself. Anything short of that and the top just replaces all of the frontmen again and the organized crime continues and eventually anyone who opposed it is found dead.

High profile arrests are meaningless in a world of pardons

Everybody was arrested during Trump's first term, and then the White Hats™ replaced them with identical clones. The clones kept doing the same exact same evil shit as the 'originals' because that is part of The Plan™. When the time is right, the clones are going to be arrested (most likely in 2 weeks). The key to remember is that this is all part of a 13D, multidimensional chess game and you don't know when the 2 weeks will start (that's super-duper secret).
