Under "Alleged unlawful activities" I find that whole section to be funny. I have family that organized joint intel co-ordination of extra-judicial rendition of missile materials traveling along the Malacca straight and other places. They would make up reports in other countries to have ships stopped into certain ports and searched for the actual material.

Point is extra-legal activities in foreign countries is SOP. Why is it written about like "woah, this rouge group just did whatever!"
