Unless this was a gas leak/carbon monoxide (very unlikely), it looks like a murder/suicide, or most probably some suicide pact. Very suspicious the dog also checked out. He was 95, and she wasn't a spring chicken either.

Very sad news, he was an incredible actor and one of my favorites.

That was like my entire thought process but 63 is not old enough to just choke out of sadness. There's some foul play here or a gas leak.

No 63 isn't "old" by any means, but love makes people do strange things.

Still hoping this is just some tragic accident, but the dog going along for the ride leads me to think he passed or decided he couldn't go any longer, and she decided to join him.

Couldn't disagree more. I've heard of many cases where individuals/couples have killed their pets when they were attempting to check themselves out.

No difference in their minds as taking their kids out with them, and there are PLENTY of examples of that.

Accidents do happen of course, but with their wealth, I just don't think a faulty or unserviced furnace is likely. Gas has a distinct smell, and their mansion most surely had fire alarms/monoxide detectors.

Just seems very suspicious.
