The only way this could have been made to work is if they made Queeri an honorary prefect and gave him all the masks and hand sanitizer to dole out to everyone, company scooter and send him on his way to save those that he could. He would no doubt sacrifice himself for everyone's welfare and that is just what a stand up guy should do, we could take the hit and someone could create a special medal in honour of him!.
