This statue used to stand in front of a nightclub in Shirley, MA - out in the boonies, off of rt. 2A called The Mohawk Club. The owner was an eccentric shyster who had his fingers in a lot of businesses that screwed some people over, particularly real estate. He owned a couple of night clubs he started to cater to GI's that were stationed at Ft. Devens in Ayer, MA back in the early 80's. I guess this was purchased by a gas station down in TN, where it currently stands. I used to drive by this thing all of the time.. (Just saw this on Poal and lifted the image so people have a background on this - no clue where the owner, Stan McNiff originally found it, but I recall hearing once that it was a relic of a stretch of highway in Western MA called "the Mohawk trail")

edit: Another weird twist, Stan McNiff was a complete sexual deviant and the rumor was that he contracted AIDS and eventually was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He got his affairs in order and pulled his car in front of his girlfriends house (he also had a wife, as I understand it), put a handgun in his mouth and blew his brains out the back of his head
