In theory, legal processes run outside the limitations or influence of the Commander-In-Chief. (Separation of power, legal/judicial/executive branches, etc.)

But, with our corrupt and broken system (I'm looking at you SDNY judges ... bunch of corrupt fucks) ...

I read today (might be fake news) that 25% of the people in the US are getting something from SSI, and almost 20% of the people in the US are on medicaid.

I have no idea where the stats came from, just read a summary article.

For the US taken as a whole that is probably 90 million people, and that might only include those who are taking "earned" benefits, not the 60 million illegals given $2-3k month.
