They had some local guy interview, whose livelihood is now destroyed as he was scraping out a meager existence selling some nut/fruit or some shit.

This highway will also encourage more destruction for more jew endeavors in the area.

The only way it would make sense to make a highway through the rainforest is to elevate it above the treeline. That way animals won't get run over by cars.
