Enjoy prison, I guess.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 1 monthMar 15, 2025 09:44:11 ago (+2/-1)

But no real way to avoid it.

That jury will convict you. They are hand picked, dumb as fuck, and you can't explain the law, or lack thereof, to them.

[ - ] SumerBreeze 0 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 09:56:12 ago (+1/-1)

No way to avoid it? Only if you agree to work a slave job for a slave corporation or their subsidiary or for a group of slave idiots that rat out their employees.

[ - ] KosherHiveKicker 0 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 10:32:23 ago (+0/-0)

It's possible to avoid it but the amount of effort to protect yourself, and whatever wealth you build up would be significant.

If you could manage to just glide along without drawing attention to yourself, then it could be done. A chain of large cash interactions with banks would be like waving a flag for the IRS.

If you're paid in dollars, federal reserve notes, you're gonna be held liable for an income tax. There is no law, but most people will declare their wages, paid in exchange for labor, as income and will, legally, owe a tax on that declaration of income. However, even if you don't declare it as income, the irs will view wages paid in FRN's as income and demand a tax payment on it. Again, no law requires it, but they will jail you for refusing to pay it, a jury will convict you for it, and the SCOTUS will not hear your case after the lower courts deny your appeal.

What you describe is "getting away with a crime" and it happens, too.

[ - ] Sector2 3 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 13:21:05 ago (+3/-0)

most people will declare their wages

The compliant slave class are their own worst enemies. But like the nigs, being a slave is much better than many could do as free people. Sad but true.

What you describe is "getting away with a crime"

You believe they have ownership authority over you? Then they do.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 14:09:13 ago (+1/-1)

They have authority over you whether you agree with it or not. They will jail you using the barrel of their guns and a warrant. They will happily murder you for disagreeing if you disagree hard enough. . Especially, in this case.

People think that they can just show up to trial, explain to a jury that the law isn't what they think it is, and the jury will acquit. Not even remotely the case. Defendants are not allowed to argue the law to a jury, even if you could find an attorney willing to throw his bar card out the window to try. Judges insteuct the jury as to what the law says. If he gives poor instructions, that's simply grounds for appeal. The appellate court will uphold your conviction, and the SCOTUS will decline to take your case. You will be a convicted felon doing serious time.

They have power over me, not authority.

If you tell them you have income, then as the ruling gang they're going to want a cut.

As for 'going to court', you need to hire the most powerful and relevant attorney that exists. Then keep your balance positive and pay him in full. If you haven't 'won' before the actual trial, you chose wrong.

"My goodness, I've never had such an array of talent appear before me. How're you doing, Paul?" [friendship chat ensues]

Words from a judge to warm your heart.

Again, there isn't a lawyer on the planet that will throw his bar card away trying to make an argument about what the law says to a jury. It isn't allowed. Only judges can instruct a jury as to the application and meaning of the law. The judge will instruct a jury that the law says what it doesn't actually say. The jury will convict you using the bullshit instructions of the judge. You will have grounds for appeal, but the appellate court will uphold your conviction, and the SCOTUS will decline to hear your case. You will be convicted. You will go to jail. You will do time. And, you'll be treated like shit and will likely die in prison. Ask Ed and Elaine Brown about it.

You seem to believe "authority" suggests a legitimate claim over you. It does not. Authority is the power granted to government to excercise their interpretation of the law. You can try to claim, "laws don't apply to you", but good luck with that. And again, I'm not talking about the actual law. I'm talking about the law as they interpret it.

You can try to claim, "laws don't apply to you", but good luck with that.

They do not, thanks. Only I have authority over me.

Lol. Until you get pulled over for a violation of the transportation code even though you're not engaged in transportation. Lol.

[ - ] Sector2 1 point 1 monthMar 16, 2025 11:49:07 ago (+1/-0)

I do not transport and will never be "pulled over". I'm already over it. I'd recommend you dial back your engagement by at least 85%, if not more.

Outline the law that says it’s a crime, retard

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 14:00:17 ago (+1/-1)

Again, faggot, they will charge you with willfull failure to file. They will not allow you to argue the law to a jury. The judge will instruct the jury as to what the law says, completely misrepresenting the law to the jury. The jury will convict you based on the judge's instructions. The appellate court will uphild your conviction. And the SCOTUS will decline to hear your case. You'll go to prison for a decade or more.

You think they're gonna let you stop $2 Trillion in revenue because of what the law actually says? Get a fuckin' grip.

[ - ] SumerBreeze 1 point 1 monthMar 15, 2025 22:35:35 ago (+1/-0)

Sounds like you’re a faggot that enjoys paying taxes. Have fun with that!

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 22:57:00 ago (+0/-1)

Nigger, you don't have an option. If you get paid in federal reserve notes, you've consented to calling your wages, paid in exchange for labor, "income" and you have to pay taxes on income. That part is very clear. Don't sit there and pretend you don't, if you actually live in this country.

[ - ] SumerBreeze 1 point 1 monthMar 16, 2025 15:32:33 ago (+1/-0)

You should have thought about these things before working for a kike subsidiary, you literal slavenigger.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthMar 16, 2025 19:39:43 ago (+0/-1)

kike subsidiary

Anyone who pays you in FRN's. Okay, boomer. I took a 2.5 hour flight in my aircraft, today. I had lots of fun. What did you do, today?

[ - ] SumerBreeze 0 points 1 monthMar 16, 2025 21:24:38 ago (+0/-0)

Took my dad hiking. Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. His grandkids were left at home.

[ - ] Niggly_Puff 1 point 1 monthMar 15, 2025 09:56:17 ago (+1/-0)

What about the 16th amendment?

[ - ] namefagsrgay 1 point 1 monthMar 15, 2025 14:24:21 ago (+1/-0)

Good thing the law is a joke and I don't care either way. If I hate my enemies so much that I want to kill them all in an extremely brutal fashion, why would I spend my entire life getting my life essence extracted by kikes?

Fuck the tax. Never again.

[ - ] glooper 3 points 1 monthMar 15, 2025 13:04:42 ago (+3/-0)

save up all monies. Put into tax deferred vehicle of some sort. Build up a nest egg. (bonus poiunts if you set up a shell LLC, or three...then there is all sorts of fun games you can play bouncing monies between them all.)

Take loans out against the equity in said tax deferred vehicle.

Use loans are like income. Pay back loans with interest from investment vehicle, so Not income, but an investment obligation.

Don't pay income taxes and take a tax credit if you structure it all right. If you don't structure it right, you can run afoul of additional tax obligations. (capitol gains mostly)
