What the fuck? The government isn't allowed to go on a "fishing expedition" when it comes to investigating private people for "crimes".

The government is absolutely allowed to go on a "fishing expedition" to find waste, fraud and abuse with our tax dollars. Its their job, as part of oversight, to fish for these things, find them, catch them, and correct them.
