This is important to know but it's also important to know that the judicial branch does not have Superior over in the executive branch. The judicial branch cannot tell the executive branch how to operate. The judicial branches established to be the civilian and criminal courts in the United States and the Supreme Court is only Supreme over the judicial branch. It is not Supreme over the executive branch. The executive branch can completely ignore even Supreme Court rulings. The only check on the executive branch power is to not be reelected or to be impeached by Congress in a trial. The founders viewed the executive branch as the most directly timely relevant Democratic feeling of the people that was most recently elected by the most of the population through the electoral college. They specifically did not want to digital Branch to be superior cuz they knew that would result in judicial oligarchy which they're trying to impose now and they didn't want to Congressional Branch to be superior either cuz they knew legislators are notoriously corrupt and could be bribed.

So Trump needs to stop using these judges as an excuse to not get his agenda done
