The unified WEF branded initiative has been dispersed but the last fifteen years still happened.

White men were effectively excluded from the work force, in it's entirety, with 97% of fortune 500 positions denied them; and the remaining 3% including homosexual, trans, and jewish identities collectively lumped under 'white'.
All hiring, firing, retention, and promotion still occurred - very few people lost their jobs, they just got new titles.
None of their priorities changed, they just have to lie a bit more now than before.
DEI is codified and the United States Federal government has nearly a ten year habit of aggressively excluding White owned business for contracts whenever there is an alternative.

We have lost almost everything about our advanced society at this point. We're no longer highly skilled, we no longer possess an advanced education, we're no longer healthy and virile, and fecund. We're no longer at the head of our society... In fact the DHS under Trump's first admin once called White Nationalism the most persistent and lethal threat to the National Security of the United states.

This isn't about a pill. This is about recognizing that how we feel in regard to an issue is irrelevant to the reality of that issue.
