It can't hurt. I don't believe thc is an effective pain killer but it helps a lot of people. Relaxation, mental/aggression problems, appetite etc.

I'm not a big weed guy so I don't really have a bias. Just don't go overboard like a retard and I'm sure you'll be fine.
