What does the UK provide the US? From what I can tell, the UK has transformed into a "service" economy and doesn't really have any exports. What will the tariffs be on?
Tariffs are really good for allowing local economies to produce goods to compete with imports that can be produced cheaper.
The US tariffs have been at essentially 0% for decades because all the manufacturing moved offshore and the US (((corporations))) that moved their production still wanted huge profits. That couldn't happen if imports had competitive tariffs on them.
