Umm my greasy lil potsticker, kikes did not own most of the plantations. They owned a tiny minority of plantations, mostly in the carribean and south america. Though jews were more likely to own slaves in this country than other groups (except blacks) they owned small numbers of slaves for household chores. The people who owned hundreds of slaves were almost all white christians.

The White aristocracy of Europe was heavily living off of slavery through investments in the colonial plantations (annuities). The jews may have brokered these financial products but the aristocracy bought them and built all their massive estates with the profits of shitskin slavery ( totally apparent if youve ever read Jane Austen or similar period novel). These plantations mostly profitted from rum, sugar, tobbacco, and caffeine which were pushed on the european people. Many europeans rich and poor were happy to get paid to serve this drug/slave system. The White run governments of Europe kept slavery/drug trade legal in the colonies to empower themselves to wage more brother wars.

Here are the Y-chromosomal haplogroups of several powerful men of early america, including many plantation owners and confederate politicians. They all have White non-jewish haplogroups, mostly I1 and R1b. Typical jewish groups like J1,J2, and E1b1b are not present.
