Do Americans Really Know What it Takes to Enter the US as a Foreigner?

submitted by localsal to whatever 1 monthMar 31, 2025 19:38:57 ago (+3/-0)     (whatever)

Assuming that a person wants to "legally" visit the US for any reason, here are the rules.

An application must be filled out, with all appropriate legal documents to very status and identity.

An application fee.

(Behind the scenes - a thorough record check)

Then an interview, typically at the embassy or consulate, where the interviewer asks all kinds of questions, including drug use, medical, financial, criminal, etc, along with detailed plans for what is going to happen in the US, potential travel, how things will be paid for, etc.

After a "reviewing" time, the interviewer makes the determination whether the applicant is eligible to enter the US. It's kind of like a jury - the interviewer has a preset checklist but can decide yes or no based on any reason. Bad day? Not getting in. Bad attitude? Not getting in. Etc.

The Terms of Service for entry into the US:

In this case, probably a lot, and some decided to try their luck by testing their free speech and getting the door to the backside on the way out.

Sushi chefs should be the only non-White foreigners allowed in.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthMar 31, 2025 23:00:59 ago (+0/-1)

Lol. You think these fucks give one shit about White people? They are the ones flooding this country with non-whites. This is about human rights violations and violations of due process. No one is being mass deported. These are 500 people, 300 of which were here legally the day that they got deported, and all of which where here legally 3 months ago, and most of those have a justified claim of asylum after helping Trump and Bolton attempt a coup on the democratically elected leader of Venezuela.

"Should"s are often a fantasy that "would be nice". I still say the best metaphor for current humanity is cattle and ranchers. The ranchers make ranch policy, no matter what the cows think. Youtube is full of videos showing ranch hands openly violating the supposed rights of the herd.

Strays or imports from other herds are subject to the same whims and policies. Letting it upset your digestion has no effect on the ranch owners.

Hey dum dum, they aren't mass deportating anyone. They are covering up their crimes and deportating critics of Israel.

I don't know why people can't wrap their heads around this, but no one is being mass deported. No one is trying to get rid of illegals. They'll deport you for criticizing Israel before they deport 10 million illegals, but because the people who know about Trump's crimes are brown, you're happy to help Trump cover up his crimes and suck jew dick.

Why is that?

[ - ] Sector2 0 points 4 weeksApr 2, 2025 12:09:27 ago (+0/-0)

Why would you think people believe there are mass deportations?

you're happy to help Trump cover up his crimes and suck jew dick.

News to me.

The people being sent to El Salvador helped Trump and Bolton in a failed coup attempt of the democratically elected leader of Venezuela. After the failed coup, Biden gave 350,000 Venezuelans Temporary Protected Status so they could flee Venezuela and Maduro. Many of these people had been jailed and tortured by Maduro for trying to overthrow him. If these people go back, they will be jailed, tortured or killed. Many might come clean and embarrass the Trump Administration for their part in the coup.

The Ivy League students being deported have done nothing but criticize Isrsel.

None of these people are being deported because they are here illegally, even if some are here illegally, that's not the reason for the deportation to El Salvador.

So, while you cheer on 500 people having their rights to due process be shit on by Trump's Administration because they are non-white, you're also cheering on Trump covering up his crimes and suckin' jew dick. There is no ongoing effort to deport millions of people. Trump's administration is even releasing illegals that they've caught, back into our society. At the rate Trump is currently deporting, he won't break 250,000 people. Biden let in 10 million.

Is English your second language?

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 4 weeksApr 2, 2025 14:07:19 ago (+1/-0)

Apparently so. Sorry

[ - ] inaminit 0 points 1 monthMar 31, 2025 20:36:55 ago (+0/-0)

You left a few things out OP... All documents must be translated into English and certified as copies and all applicants must submit proof of inspection by a Civil Surgeon who certifies applicants to be free of TB, Aids, Hepatitis and STD's.

Thanks. I was trying to go for more of the behavior side since there seems to be a few discussions on the deportation business.

[ - ] jfroybees 2 points 1 monthMar 31, 2025 21:19:32 ago (+2/-0)

How much of that in the recent past do you believe was adhered to? I hope it's a pain in the ass to get in.

[ - ] localsal [op] 0 points 1 monthMar 31, 2025 21:54:02 ago (+0/-0)

I can only guess, but I would say that many Whites were turned down flat, especially if they were from South Africa. Not even for just travel stays.

Going the "legal" route was probably pretty restricted, as most of the staffing was probably caught up trying to figure out if the flood of illegals were terrorists (probably just to tell them to wait until after 2024 so any terroristic acts wouldn't be documented under pedo joe's open borders). As with most things, going the approved route usually ends up more of a pain than the unapproved methods.

I can't give any personal stories, other than to say that work travel for others has shifted from the US to more of the production heavy countries like Japan, Korea and China.

So from your list.

No entry to:
Unvaccinated
Criminals who commit
-crimes of moral turpitude
-conspiracy to commit drug crimes
-2 or more convictions of over 5 years sentences
-drug trafficking
-prostitution
-a felony
-money laundering
-espionage or sabotage
-engaged in terrorist activities that cause death
-act as a representative of a terrorist organization
-whose entry poses a national security threat
-membership in a totalitarian party
-participation in a genocide
-commits torture or an extra judicial killing
-recruiting child soldiers
-entered without authorization
-lies about citizenship
-stowaway
-smugglers
-previously removed
-unlawfully present after immigration violation
-polyigimist
-supporting abductors
-voted unlawfully

That's it, nigger! Unvaccinated and people who commit crimes. Nothing about speech that the president doesn't like. Nothing about the requirement of the "pleasure of the president" or a disqualification if you no longer please the president. Nothing about criticizing Israel, or any other country, including this one. NOTHING that justifies any claim that the 300 students at Ivy League schools are alleged to have done for removal. And, ya dumb faggot, Marco Rubio, our Secretary of State has stated why they were deported and it was all allegations with no basis.

A denial by an interviewer would require a reason as listed in the list of disqualification and once approved, like these people were, the immigrant is not further subjected to determinations of any interviewer.

Shut the fuck up. You don't know what the fuck you're talking about and you even posted the fucking rules.

[ - ] localsal [op] 3 points 1 monthMar 31, 2025 23:57:58 ago (+3/-0)

Also note how you changed your retarded tune from "The US has no rules for entry" to the aforementioned list.

How much more wrong will you continue to be? LMAO.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthApr 1, 2025 06:45:38 ago (+0/-1)

No one said that there were no rules for entry, you strawmanning faggot. I said that you cannot be compelled by the rules to give to a right to excercise a privilege.

Faggot.

[ - ] localsal [op] 0 points 1 monthMar 31, 2025 23:53:34 ago (+0/-0)

You are a complete retard.

You can argue all day long about the rules, but

1) the interviewer can reject an application for any reason, or no reason and doesn't have to report to anyone why. The buck stops there. Just like a jury - no reason ever needs to be given.

2) how about the entirety of section B called Terrorist Activities.

You are too retarded to get it through your faggot skull that the president can actually define each of these items.

And section (iv) (V) is inherently vague as to include protests as a form of solicitation

(V) to solicit any individual-

(aa) to engage in conduct otherwise described in this subsection;

(bb) for membership in a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(I) or (vi)(II); or

(cc) for membership in a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(III) unless the solicitor can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that he did not know, and should not reasonably have known, that the organization was a terrorist organization; or

Just get a life. Yours is pretty worthless at this point.

All visitors to the US are there at the pleasure of the president. I know that gets your panties in a wad, but it is the ultimate truth. Get over it.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthApr 1, 2025 06:51:35 ago (+0/-1)*

It does not say that the interviewer can reject you for any reason, and none of these people were rejected by their interviewer. Nor does it suggest that the interviewer can later change their mind, re-exam8ne the interviewee, and revoke a previously approved entry.

None, exactly zero, of the people being deported eganged in terrorist activities, as defined in your link, or are a part of a terrorist organization, or solicited ahy individual to engage in terrorist activities, or broke any other law. None are charged with breaking these laws, and none were given due process to answer for any such allegations.

And, nowhere is it remotely suggested that you must please the president to be here. You're making shit up and it directly contradicts the very document that you posted.

Deporting students from the USofA because of their position on the ongoing genocide in Gaza being conducted by Israel is a violation of these people's rights. And, I can't image anyone other than a filthy fucking jew would fail to see and understand that. You jewish, ya fucking faggit?

[ - ] localsal [op] 1 point 1 monthApr 1, 2025 09:52:32 ago (+1/-0)

You also show your retarded ignorance in the english language.

"At the pleasure of the President" doesn't mean you have to "please" the president, but is a standard phrase to denote that the President is the person who can hire and fire someone at any moment. All members of the Department of State, such as ambassadors and other details are hired as such, and can be removed - like those that try to raise the LGBT flag over embassies.

Also, here is phrase that travelers from South Africa may have heard, even after passing all of the TOS requirements:

"Travel visa is denied because it is more probable than not that the traveler will not return to their home country on the expiration of the visa."

That is totally a decision based on the interviewer thinking that these persecuted Whites from South Africa would travel to the US on "holiday" and just never leave, or attempt to gain asylum.

As to your retardedness again with your pet cause of these protestors, let me throw the logic back your retarded face

1) Trump as Chief Executive has the (only!) ability to declare what is considered a terrorist group. Trump declared the Mexican cartels a terrorist organization. Hamas has been declared a terrorist organization for decades.

2) Hamas has been shown to operate out of Gaza, although it does not have an established permanent base of operations

3) What is the point of a protest? To raise awareness of a cause, and to hopefully, or particularly raise support and gain members to said cause.

4) In this case, President Trump has decided that foreign students protesting about Gaza are in violation of some or all of the terrorist restrictions for visas and has therefore revoked their visas, since it is his prerogative to do so. Full stop.

Of a personal nature, I am very curious what you actually hope to accomplish with this particular fetish of yours. Do you seriously believe that Trump or Homeland Security reads this website and that you can change their minds? That's lunacy.

Your efforts would be better spent contacting your congressman and senators and discussing the matter with them, or at the very least, tweeting to everyone, like Homeland Security, Immigration, etc where a more sympathetic ear might hear your pleas.

I don't think I'm the only one who has zero empathy for these deported pieces of shit, and hope they never get the chance to return.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthApr 1, 2025 10:28:53 ago (+0/-1)

Nigger, you're full of shit. There is nothing in that link that discusses the "pleasure of the president" or the president's authority to remove students critical of Israel.

"Terrorist activities" is defined in your link and has nothing to do with the exercise of free speech.

These students are not HAMAS. None of them are shown to be a part of HAMAS, support HAMAS, recruit got HAMAS, or have anything to do with HAMAS. Trump can declare HAMAS anything he wants, it has nothing to do with these students.

Many of these students were not at any protest. So, you're retard jew fuck take on protesting being terrorism or support for terrorism isn't not only utterly fuckin' dumb jew speak, its totally irrelevant.

And again, ya fuckin' nigger, they were all approved after the interview process and there are no provisions for re-doing an interview because someone is critical of Israel.

Trump can't decide someone is in violation of anything. That's not how the American system of justice works.

You're a faggy jew fuck who should be shot on sight for your utter jew dick suckin' faggotry.

There are way way better causes to do this than the stupid fight over a few retarded immigrants.

Pick your battles better, retard.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 1 monthApr 1, 2025 12:57:03 ago (+0/-1)

Hey, ya stupid fuckin' jew, a few hundred students screaming about filthy fuckin' jews mass murdering muzzies over a shit hole part of the world isn't worth setting a precedent that this is okay to do.

Get fucked and kill yourself, ya smelly kike.
