I don't like minimum wage.

But this is slightly flawed. If he can get a bartender for that rate who can do all that work, why would the bartender opt for that job rather than something even easier for minimum wage/his old wage?

Because he doesn't want to pay 15/hrs for a bartend/cleaner if he could pay 8/hrs for just a cleaner. He only needs a cleaner, and he's only willing to do 8/hr for that. If he's forced to pay 15/hrs, then he wants someone of additional value who could justify the expense. Hence why he upset his ask to someone also licensed to serve alcohol.

Used to be against minimum wage. Its not needed in a well balanced society. But we don’t have that. The powers that be are artificially depressing wages with immigration. What we really need is a maximum wage. We need to limit how much money the billionaire class can steal.
