Seems like a good thing, but it's possible there won't be any difference whether fluoridation is done via the state or not.
The company that makes the testing equipment will still get all their money, because the water will still have to be tested to make sure it is under the limit.
And since the municipalities no longer are going to add fluoride to the water, the fertilizer company can now dump directly into the water supply, because the water will dilute to well below the "legal" EPA/FDA limit.
