A counteroffensive is needed - open a criminal investigation. Put him on the defense!

The one thing all these cases will do is set up a precedent for cases to be overturned for later presidents where the other parties, mainly Democrats, don’t like how the Republicans are governing.

This story seems to leave out the part about a hearing being required before deportation, which didn't happen in the cases cited in the story. He's going to have his grounds to declare the Trump Administration in contempt. Not sure what the means, tho.
