I think land of Chem is closer than anyone. His theory isn't new.
The story goes, our modern method for making industrial amounts of fertilizer was lifted by a nazi scientist visiting Egypt in the late 30s. He concluded that giza was an industrial chemical manufacturing plant and then designed the first modern system.
They also used the acids being produced to do aqueous mining, and had leach fields.
And by they, I mean the people before the people we call Egyptian. The evidence is irrefutable they found most of that stuff, and then tagged it with graffiti "hieroglyphics"
Yea, iirc one use be able to do tours into them back in the 90's down to like three underground levels. All under the bedrock are tunnels and natural passageways and caverns - and can also be accessed from the edge of the desert away from the pyramids.
But this SAR tech is over embellishment - the proof of concept they did on some underground Italian lab - doesn't even show the entire actual lab plan when superimposed over the SAR imagery - just a couple of straight lines that were meant to represent long twin corridors, but zero rooms and linking passages show up.
It's fanciful to think this isnt just noise that has been run through a simulator to show things that dont exist - how the heck can it even suggest stone cut stairways in these long deep wells?. - it has zero ability to show that kind of detail - this is like the Face of mars all over again.
Noise from a 'new way of interpreting data' and tyhen creating images from it. Basically bs - because he knows they can never go digging under the pyramids to prove/ disprove his new technology/
It's something actually there. Skeptics think its a naturally occurring cave. There is some, perhaps valid, complaints that this would have been better presented if they did a side by side comparison of a chamber we knew was there so can visually see how it works.
Best theory is an iron ore vein that actually makes up the inner bottom portion of the great pyramid. They could have hollowed out that vein for ore. There could also be multiple veins, and that's what they're seeing. There's quite a bit of evidence coming out they were processing metals as well as creating fertilizer, and possibly causing water to rise to the surface, causing the rain-cycle to kick in, making that area farm-able land. Essentially, a terraforming device that could also be used for aqueous mining.

The "Tomb of Osiris" was just found recently, and was only recently detailed in public.

In fact there are MILES of tunnels that the Ancient Egyptians dug into the limestone bedrock under the Giza Complex.
