גֵאֶה

submitted by boekanier to jewsShowThemselves 3 weeksApr 10, 2025 03:25:31 ago (+5/-1)     (jewsShowThemselves)

in hebrew the word גֵאֶה (gay) means 'proud". Now you know who's behind that lbgtetc thing. Not so in the original meaning, where it is innocently called 'cheerful', but what its jewish degenerated advocates have made of it

In english it means happy, joyful, exuberant. Raging faggot/pillow biter/abomination/groomer means homosexual.

Gay was a word associated with the night life scene in the early 20th cent. It was synonomous with drugs booze and casual sex. There were so many fags involved with this scene that it became a by-word for faggotry. It doesn’t have anything to do with the hebrew word

I read somewhere that the usage of gay to mean homosexual began with Polari, a sub-culture slang for British homosexuals. It was used by fags so they could talk amongst themselves and not bring attention to their activities. In this regard it was similar to Cockney rhyming slang, which began as thieves' cant.

I have heard of polari before. Because of that song by morrissey.

That makes perfect sense. I never listened to either the Smiths or Morrissey, but heard there's a lot of gay subtext in his music. Here's a bit more on Polari if you're interested.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polari

Apparently it was featured in a BBC radio show called "Round the Horne", which had a couple of campy gay characters who used a lot of Polari, exposing the British to a number of Polari words, such as "drag" and "butch". In fact, if you go to the glossary on that page, you'll see quite a number of words that are now commonly understood with a homosexual meaning but began as Polari: Camp, chicken, fruit, naff, and rough trade are examples.
