They're good at pointing out flaws in Chinese society, but acting like China is forcing garbage products down American's throats is... an incorrect assertion.
I was going to go with a harsher assessment, but I see this is a polite comment thread.
People are beating down their doors to get those cell phones. We're practically forcing them to manufacture cell phones, whether they want to or not! (it's profitable, so they do want to)
I was more talking about the low quality products that aren't fit for their supposed function. Almost everything I've purchased from China/Temu has been great, aside from a handful of too cheap to resist items. (i.e. the dumpling roller cutter)
Everyone always focuses on the products that are made to service the American retard market. Chinese manufacturers wouldn't even make garbage products if there weren't people wanting to buy them.
There's no other practical choice, but if you and others were willing to pay enough, there would be. However, paying that much would be about as practical as deciding to live in Florida when you don't own your own insurance company.
