Lululemon went straight to hell when they stopped shaming fats and ugly women (but I repeat myself) from buying their stuff. Butter golems reee’d because tight yoga pants weren’t made in a 5XL. Then they started hiring unkempt niggers (again I repeat myself) and fuckall no-one in the family considered buying them.
I'm pretty sure there is a filter on her face. Look closely. It's making her appear whiter. The eyes are what tipped me off. I could be wrong, but that's my impression.
China have already stated they will now no longer honour IP rights or patents and will steal everything the US designs and undercut them on cost. Interesting times.
Who are the bigger scammers? Big corpos making bank on junk because they've employed psychological manipulation techniques to build a following or the manufacturer saying "Fuck those guys, let's do business directly!"
China are scammers. They steal patents from all over the world, remake the product cheaply and sell it. They should be nuked. We should turn Japan loose on their asses. Arm Japan with some really good military gear.

There should be serious limitations to patent laws. Having the know-how and the capacity to produce something should allow you to do it, if royalties are owed on it, so be it but fuck that patent trolling bullshit.
As far as international trade, I'd support tariffs over IP infringement so that the injured party gets fair compensation, royalties.
I shop a lot on AliExpress, besides the obvious junk, I've hit some pretty darn good deals for pennies on the dollar. It's not that I don't want to support local businesses, it's that I'd rather not buy anything from north american corporations that run crazy profit margins.
I tried that, 635 mesh stainless steel fabric in small quantities is hard AF to get at a good price, they all want to sell you a 50 yard roll. Best price I got for a sq. yd. "sample size" is 350$... for some items there are simply no deals to be found. In the US, cheapest I found is around 600$ + shipping :/
North America is decades from having any serious manufacturing capabilities, it's not just infrastructure, it's the work force as well... Besides, it's not a trade war, it's the great reset.
Especially in the services industry, in manufacturing, it has its place but can't replace humans completely. Forget maintenance, that's pure manual labour and manufacturing needs a shit ton of it.

The fact someone can hold a patent that doesn't allow me to make something and sell it is absurd.

But this could be a great moment for China. If they play the hand right, and figure out reliable direct to consumer...
