A nigger threw a drink at my car and brake checked me on the freeway in a display of low impulse control.

I found out who he was and called his insurance and gave them the video. They claimed that no contact was made and that there was no proof of drink throwing. While his insurance adjustor was talking I guess I cut her off and she raised her voice and started yelling at me and I told her don't you fucking raise your voice at me you stupid bitch. She calmed down.

I told her contact was made by the drink and that the circumstance created by the nigger caused a chemical container to spill.

She said there's no evidence of drink hitting my car and I made her watch the video closely at a specific timestamp where the spray is visible and she agreed that contact was made by the drink and is escalating the matter to her manager.

But that's all irrelevant. I wanna fuck this nigger up. He could have really hurt me brake checking at 70mph.

I'm going to the CHP to make a report.

Any advice what other actions I can take to fuck up this stupid nigger? He's an African nigger with a click clock name and might work as a nurse at an old person's home.
