Anyway, there was a nigger pacing around while talking into his earpiece near where people pick up the drinks.

Step 1) Check to see which color frogs represent about 4% of the total frog population and yet still seem to exert an inordinate amount of control over the black frogs.

Step 2) Exterminate the "4%er" frogs first.

Step 3) Exterminate all the black frogs as soon as possible afterwards.

Step 4) Mount the decapitated heads of all of the dead "4%er" and black frogs on stakes around the outer perimeter of the pond as a warning.

Step 5) Enjoy a new "Golden Age" of peace and prosperity in the pond. (At least until the "4%er" frogs manage to sneak back in again.)
