Well that would be the opposite of what apparently some UFOs in the 50s or 60s did when the United States was doing some missile testing because there were UFOs that actually deactivated the United States warheads on the ground somehow. That was talked about by one of the missile commanders in the area and it's a pretty well-known story that they had some UFOs flying over some of these missile silos when they were about I don't know if they had fired them yet or not but they actually deactivated some stuff.

I think they're going to find that UFOs are time travelers from the future probably from you know one of the countries that exist today whether it'll be us or Rush Hour whoever but it's pretty clear if you look at the high voltage experiments and ionization experiments and other experiments they did to move disc shaped objects like a TT Brown and others did that when you put enough high voltage into the I'll call it space whether it's in the atmosphere out that it begins to affect the very fabric of space and time and I would bet you that they discovered how to manipulate time so I really don't think that's as unplausible as people think it

You know one of the best things I've heard it described as is people thought splitting the atom was impossible because how do you split something that is so tiny until they realize they could use another atom to split an atom and then of course nuclear fission fusion and the atomic bombs and everything else happened and I'm sure that some kind of creative Discovery was realized to affect time travel and I think that's probably what those UFOs are..
