No, estrogen is garbage. Progesterone is what women want to use.

Niggers have been shown to have elevated levels of estrogen.

If saggy breasts are the concern, quit wearing wired bras (their "support" makes the muscles lazy) and start taking the Carnivore Aurelius collagen (known to firm up breasts).

I see you're quite an expert

[ - ] SilentByAssociation 0 points 13 hoursApr 30, 2025 07:34:18 ago (+0/-0)

Getting estrogen-pilled takes one to some interesting places. Microplastics, phytoestrogens in food (soy, flax seed, stevia leaf extract, et al.), the dangers of mammograms and how to understand thermography results.

I'm by no means an expert; it's an ongoing learning process. If interest is expressed, I can share some resources.

I'd like them if you don't mind

Sure. I'll make as detailed a post as I'm able to and @ you when it's published.

One of the estrogen-free health professionals I follow claims that 1/4 cup of flax is the equivalent of 20 birth control pills.

Flax does indeed have a highly estrogenic effect based on this research, as compared to the same amount of soy:
https://ajcn.nutrition.org/article/S0002-9165(22)03830-8/fulltext

A recent post of this health professional also went over how even today's organic chickens are fed flax. If you are what you eat, then organic chicken may be high in estrogen despite the organic label. TL;DR, eat more grass fed, grass finished beef.

Estrogen affects childrens' puberty, menopause, and other hormonal processes in people. If we want to talk "MAHA," ban lavender & tea tree oil in baby products (and be especially wary of using them on young boys). Although tea tree is a powerful naturopathic antiseptic, it's also estrogenic.

I'll end this comment here as a teaser, but the alarm bells need to ring about the excessive estrogen exposure in our daily lives.

Hormones control everything in our bodies, the fact that mainstream people don't talk about it, even insult me for bringing it up bothers me.

All I can do at this point is worry about myself and those who will listen.

Shit, stevia is bad too?

[ - ] SilentByAssociation 0 points 9 hoursApr 30, 2025 11:35:56 ago (+0/-0)

Yep, stevia also. Stick with (raw) cane sugar. It's far less processed than table sugar. I'm shocked at how much more refined it is. Although, for texture, it is better to use table sugar in frosting because the cane sugar will make it grainy.

It's expensive, but REAL, wholesome foods are infinitely better than eating out convenient grocery store food. Why sacrifice your health at the altar of convenience?

I'm preparing to go Dr. Anthony Chaffee style carnivore for a season this summer. I might stick to it long-term or end up sticking to predominantly animal-based.

What's wrong with flax seed

[ - ] SilentByAssociation 1 point 9 hoursApr 30, 2025 11:27:46 ago (+1/-0)

Highly estrogenic, to my understanding; see my reply to Mr. Her0n:

This is AI bullshit being blown up your ass.

she's a coochie doctor

[ - ] CHIRO 1 point 21 hoursApr 29, 2025 23:39:27 ago (+1/-0)*

It's amazing how easy it has been to fool so many people, and this is nothing. Before long, people are going to need AI to tell them when to be skeptical that it's AI. People just need to ask good questions, no matter what they're hearing or who they're hearing it from. Figs on your tits? Hmmm. If this just magically perked up boobs, don't you think it would be common knowledge and there would be prescriptions flying around as commonly as Botox injections?

AI bots all deflect with accusations. Suspect!

Same nutjob was on tictoc a month ago being a "eggplant" doctor.

Solid example of Brandolini's Law.

I wonder how long they have to leave the pineapple in there?

A change of diet and wash ??

I don't know why AI still can't get human speech patterns right, but thanks for the advert for hair-growth spray, I guess.
