Exceptions prove a rule exist. If Ben Carson is an exception, then we should respect the rule, and out of charity, WHEN MANAGEABLE, offer EXCEPTIONS, on the condition of cultural assimilation. The jews were always persecuted because they never did their part of the deal, and so its only fair to exile all of them and force to live with one another as punishment.
