Now that it's healed enough I can take a look at it fully, there is food jammed way down a deep hole slit. Seems one section of the stitching did rip, not enough to cause the rest of the main hole to not be able to heal up fine though. ffs lol, now I've got a whole second round of the bullshit...

Why'd they give you stitches? They just take the tooth out and the bleeding stops eventually.
The most important thing is a clot must form in the socket. It's imperative to avoid blood thinners including fish oil, turmeric, papaya, etc and of course no aspirin.
Also, the first few days, you should only have liquids but make sure to avoid disturbing the extraction site. And do not use mouthwash. Don't even brush your teeth for two days.
