Farmer Question. Rolling Rutted Field. How to fix?

I have a field that's rutted up purdy good. I don't know what caused it. Hogs or the rain, but the ruts are kinda rolling. How do I level this field without adding topsoil? Is there a way? Have tractor. Many implements. Would get others if it seems like it'd work.

When there's thaw you can use a cambridge roll to flatten ruts.
Ploughing or cultivator?

A thaw? I'm in central Texas. I tried to disc up the rolls, not sure how much it helped, though.

The field was a former grass field runway for crop dusters. I'd like to recondition it back to that.

Disc it well, then drag it.

Edit: to drag it you can use an old bed spring as RMGoetbbels stated, or a lot of people will use chain link fence with weight on it, you can even use old tires to get it done.
