Being "Kosher" is just extortion of the manufacturers.
Rabbis make millions and the goy consumers pay for it with higher grocery bills.
It's a scam

Kosher only means a fee was paid to the jews to put a label and pay a fee they demand or you won’t sell your product through their jewish distribution systems.
Nothing more.

Sure there are. Observant jews care about what is kosher in the eyes of god, not what is healthy. Kosher food producers care about making money, even if its jewish money.

Look-up the term "kosher" and you will find your answer.

Are Israeli farmers using GMO / Bio-Engineered crops or livestock?

This is from 2012.

Genetically Modified Food in Israel, Lots of It

This is from 2018...

As of October 2018, Israel does not have a policy that restricts the use of imported genetically engineered (GE) commodities or derivative products. The existing regulation states that the sale of GE crops is not permitted without a valid Registration Certificate. To date only GE tobacco has received approval.

Just checked my box of kosher salt and, so far, I don’t think so.

I bet it is bioengineered salt!

FYI:

Kosher rules are not about health.

Jewish food does not seem particularly healthy to me. Wasn’t it found that Israelis had higher mortality from cardiovascular issues than surrounding mediterranean countries?
