Having watched almost 2 minutes, I'd characterize the 'problem identified' as a combination of billions of excess humans, with most of the excess being relatively worthless, or worse.
So you end up with people living in cities, people tolerating or even supporting modern jewish society, and people embracing their own slavery due to self-awareness of their inadequacy.
I'd say burn it all down, but that would cheat those involved out of the consequences they fully deserve.
