Create a Web App that allows you to see ALL running processes, and out-going data on the device it is installed on. Give it the ability to terminate, block, and end each process from sending your data without direct consent. (on both Apple and Android)
Like using the msconfig.exe function and the "Start Up" tab feature on Windows.
Make it that simple to hobble, and terminate people stealing your data. Perhaps even giving you the ability to hard off/on your camera, microphone, and other non-essential data with the click of 1-2 buttons.
