God didn’t create niggers. Humans evolved and they evolved differently in different locations. Theyre relatively functional by pleistescene level standards. They are simply not evolved enough to be useful in the types of societies that have evolved in the last 10,000 years. Niggers (and abos, etc) exist because all populations were not subjected to the pressures that shaped us.
