The video speaks of the stones, sea anchor stones, and that is correct. Most of them were mined in Pasco and Pinellas Counties in Florida. Broken or inadequate ones are seen all over near the rivers. There was no ark, there was no gilgamesh. Gilgamesh was a popular myth told in mesopotamia. The hebrews were heavily influenced by the Babylonians before they wrote genesis. Much of genesis was based on gilgamesh and other mesopotamian myths like enuma elish, ziusudra, and atrahasis. The hebrews borrowed from other peoples mythologies because they were not an old nation.

Well said. There are bible literalists that are working on where all the water went (ignoring saltwater vs freshwater, and the residue each would leave behind). Meanwhile gilgamesh and Atrahasis Epic cover the fable pretty effectively.

I researched the bible last year and it surprised me just how historically inaccurate it was. Im an atheist so I already had a skeptical view of episodes like Noah’s Ark. But even relatively plausible events seem not to be true according to many scholars.

I think there's ample evidence for Gilgamesh type flood and Ani naki type creation of man and yeah of course Genesis is a retelling of the same thing. But that doesn't mean the Gilgamesh original story the Sumerian story has no historical value. I think there's a lot of evidence for it.

I think gilgamesh is an interesting story for insight into mesopotamian culture. I think its not likely to be a true story and I don’t believe in any supernatural phenomena.
