He is forgotting the housing is in trouble because they allowed millions of shit skins in that are taking up all those houses for free and havr no idea of keeping it nice. The shit skins made their country shitty and some how every White person thinks it a good idea to let them in as neighbors that will leave garbage and never up keep their home.

That is asset management - those houses are fully funded by the taxpayer - the money is being stripped out to the fund management companies with as little long-term investment in the Maintenace of the property as possible
