Yeah, advisors to the US govt/ international narcotics and enforcement, just finished teaching a series of courses to Jalisco State Police officers then went to a get-together with other officials and finally out to eat tacos at a local restaurant where the attack took place shortly before 9 p.m, all in a known CJNG cartel ran stronghold.
