How do I get into local politics?

I’d like to get into local government as there are niggers on the outskirts of town. I’d like to find and arrest all parties involved in aiding and abetting this niggerdom. Likewise, I have a criminal case to file against the governor of this state.

Where do I start? Not doing this for the money.
