I want to point out the obvious LATEX DRIP over the hole in the gurney fake head ear hole.
Notice how it must have been cast upright so the drip over the ear hole is horizontal when it's on the gurney.
It's clear as day the head on the gurney is therefore a latex reconstruction.
Compare the ear hole on both photos and it's clear as day.
