Well that is nice, maybe explain parts of the config for sites-available / sites enabled.
Another very nice thing about enginex is it can rate limit (stop responding) if someone is smashing F5 refresh 20 times a second. Also another very very good option is the use of fail2ban. You can set it up so bots that are fishing for url's , non existent web pages get ignored after X amount of times. I can post the jail file if anyone is interested.
