I'll add that an anarchist guy that works at one of the homeless services places I go to commented yesterday to me that WW2 was 'fascists vs. fascists' - and we both commented on all of the surveillance cameras in England as well as the surveillance state the US is. As the AI agreed recently - the US is more the surveillance state, due to technology, than Nazi Germany.
We parted with me telling him about the Nuremberg book I'm reading. The Nazis were tried for waging aggressive war. We both agreed US leaders, particularly the neo-cons in the second Bush White House, need to be put in a similar situation in the dock.
