I can't see how "sensitivity" needs enter the picture, if there's floods there's floods .. Neri is a notoriously sensitive soul, would he have ppl going about tearing their hair and beating their breast when they get the news from NSW .. floods are like that, if yr above the high water mark you don't do anything 'coz there's nothing you can do.
