You can't trust Latin Americans though. They can come out looking white in permutation but still be significantly non-white genetically. This can affect phenotypes of offspring. We've seen this even in South Africa, and Afrikaners are kinda mixed too.

Unless a Latin American is of rather recent European immigrant stock like, say, Bergoglio was, or is from the caudillo landowner-military officer class, they are almost surely going to be of mixed race, and sometimes even then. Colombians don't even make a shortlist of the whitest Latin Americans. That is clearly the Southern Cone.
