Lol in Czech we laugh at the homes in North America, thin walls that go up in smoke from a spark. Our homes are built to last 100's of years, beautifully crafted and insulated. Except the fact. The next step up from cow shit and mud is little pieces of wood.

Very easy to do renovations, this is why most buildings in my town are over 150 years old and look like new. I've constructed both.

We have too many people who fit all those stereotypes. There are some decent people too. Food quality varies, but whatever quality you want is available. Same goes for quality of life. 80% of Americans live in the east half of the US.
