I think the biggest problem is the known cancer and worst, drug effects that Biden was in and hidden.
This should disqualify somehow the automatic signatures.
BUT... The fact that he was far away from the white house when someone used the autopen, means nothing. That is exactly why this exists.
Unless of course there is a law saying: "the president has to be X feet from the autopen to be validated".
Again.. Drugs to fight cancer gives the exact symptoms that Biden was showing for years, even before 2020. That should be the focus. If proven, they should attack everything he did, decided, signed. For example pardon.

And as soon as he dies later this year, any investigation regarding whether he had any knowledge of bills being signed on his behalf will become moot since there’s no way to prove his authorization to use the signature.
Mueller knew what he was doing when he declared that Biden was not capable of being prosecuted for the tens of thousands of classified documents found in his garage and office in UPenn (regarding Ukraine, China, and he and his family’s involvement in money laundering).
This gives him the cover to not have to validate any of the usages of the signature while he is still alive.

Trump won’t do anything about it. He is involved with the deep state just as much as Biden. Bondi is comprised- she let Epstein get off without disclosing any names he sexually trafficked the children to when he was prosecuted in Florida.
