They put criminals in camps and the way to get released was for the criminal to learn a skilled trade so the criminal might support themselves honestly and not reoffend. Little Anne Frank was locked up because her worthless jewish parents never taught her to work. Instead they taught her how to be pretty and how to con and bully people to get her way. Anne Frank recoiled from the concept of learning to work with her hands and instead became a prostitute earning almost nothing, but preferring sex and poverty over an honest job. She died of an STD, while blaming the benevolent NAZIs for not taking antibiotics away from a wounded soldier to give them to a whore who refused to learn a trade.

The Nazis were pretty crazed on the Jewish question. After assuming control of Mackinder's heartland the US would have been the only significant alternate pole of power and would have been decisively weaker than Germany. I wouldn't have put it past them to nuke us, or certainly something similar.
