The White player is given one rulebook that has extremely rigid restrictions on everything that he is allowed to do, or even say. Everything he does MUST be done honestly and above board, and displayed on the board for all to see and there are penalties if he does not. He must also warn the jewish player of his moves prior to making them and ask for the jew players permission before he does move, IF the jew player allows it.
The White player is also forced to surrender 50% of his sides GDP to the jew player before every turn in order to finance the jew players lack of labor or industry. He is also not allowed to question this.
The jew player gets a separate, secret rulebook. It only has one rule in it. "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law."
Lol how about a real version of monopoly.. if you get the Jewish pieces you get intrest free loans can buy properties before they hit the market etc etc... play this with your kids so they see the truth behind the system
