I agree, let all the "teens" into the rivers, but only the deep fast flowing rivers!!.
@queeri, my dog that has bilateral elbow dysplasia decided to jump off a high bank into a river by where I live the other day, you kind of had to be there, bit it was so deep and unlike my red lab he is not a confident swimmer. Anyway, all you could see was this head and ears on top of the water , of course I had to go rescue him and get him out by his collar lol. He didn't even want to get into the hydro pool yesterday. My big goldadore jumped in to save him but decided he would rather swim around in the river lol.
