This is the biggest historical event in the modern history of man kind and even a cursory online investigation into the origins of the disease, if it's real (pro tip it's fake and gay) would indicate it comes from the Wuhan virology lab, but I don't see anyone asking that. I literally asked family and friends and random businesses I patron why we are willing to go so far as to shut down our entire way of life, to sacrifice so much, and yet it's such a gargantuan task to even contemplate who may have released the disease and for what purpose, and why are we not holding China accountable. Maybe as a country we are guilty for relying on the stupid bug people to produce cheap slave labor for us. I don't know.

Back when I was sitting at around 235 I dropped my weight down to 201 over about 6 months and I did it entirely with diet changes alone. No excersize no weight lifting or running or nothing, just changed what I was eating. If you are fat, no amount of jogging is going to help, no amount of pushups or pilates will change anything, you can run for 5 hours a day and do 300 reps on the weights and you aren't going to lose shit until you STOP EATING THE FUCKING PIZZA ALREADY.


Diet is 95% of the battle when it comes to losing weight, working out is almost incidental. Remember you're body is designed to hold onto that fat and not let go, it purposely burns as slow as possible, it's easier to just not eat it than to burn it off. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of fat.

I'm sure most of you are already aware but I wanted to say this here because it (for obvious reasons) never EVER gets brought up on mainstream sites.

For example, recently in Houston Texas, the Methodist hospital suspended over 200 workers (200 FUCKING EXCUSE ME? I thought they were backed up and desperate for staff!?) For refusing to be vaccinated. While I do believe the untested nature of the vaccine is of great concern, the reality is that the nurses are refusing the vaccine because they are required to sign a waiver of liability for the company.

So let's say you get injecting, have a bad reaction, and now you are permanently infertile, which notably is a real documented side effect.
Well, your only recourse is to go fuck yourself. Either take a chance on dying from the vacc or lose your job. Oh but if it kills you well too bad oh well.
