Legal Premise

I. Breach of Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment (Constructive Eviction)
You had a right to quiet enjoyment of your rental unit, which was materially interfered with by excessive and chronic noise, intimidation, and harassment from neighboring tenants. Despite repeated complaints, the property management company failed to take reasonable corrective action. This persistent disruption rises to the level of constructive eviction, as your living conditions became intolerable.

Key support: The landlord’s duty to provide peaceful enjoyment is implied in every lease. Their inaction in the face of documented disturbances (especially after your complaints) may be a breach of this covenant.

II. Retaliatory Eviction
The eviction filed 10 days after a reported assault and multiple noise complaints can be construed as retaliatory. In many states, eviction following the tenant exercising a protected right (e.g. calling the police, requesting habitability repairs, or reporting lease violations) is presumed retaliatory unless the landlord can prove otherwise.

Key support: The close timing between your complaint and their eviction filing strengthens the inference of retaliation.

III. Procedural Defects in Eviction
You state that you were never served a proper notice to cure or quit (5-day or 14-day notice), which may violate your jurisdiction’s Landlord-Tenant Act. If so, the eviction filing may have lacked proper legal foundation and could be challenged as procedurally invalid.

Key support: Improper service of notice is grounds for dismissal of an eviction case in many states.

IV. Emotional Distress / Negligent Infliction of Harm
Prolonged exposure to noise, psychological stress, and a hostile living environment—especially when property management disregarded your complaints—may support a claim for intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, depending on your state's threshold for severity.

Key support: Must show that the property manager’s inaction was extreme or reckless, and that it caused real psychological harm.

V. Economic Damages & Blacklisting
You may be able to argue economic harm due to:

Difficulty securing housing from a now-public eviction filing.

Potential impact on employment, credit, or family security.

If your agreement with the landlord included a sealed record and that agreement is not honored, that could constitute breach of settlement or bad faith.

---

Potential Relief (Damages)

Injunctive relief (e.g., sealing the eviction as originally agreed).

Compensatory damages for emotional and economic distress.

Possibly punitive damages if retaliatory conduct or gross negligence is proven.

---

What to Do Next

1. Gather Evidence: Document all emails, call logs, police reports, witness statements, noise logs, and lease terms.

2. Consult Your Lawyer Immediately: This is a complex case combining tenant rights, eviction procedure, tort law, and possibly civil rights issues.

3. File a Motion to Seal the Eviction if it's not yet sealed as per the court agreement.

Grab a J1939-to-USB interface like a Nexiq or Kvaser. Plug it into the 9-pin connector on your Perkins ECM, and make sure the ECM has power—12 or 24 volts will do, depending on your setup. Connect the USB side to your computer and install the drivers. Launch your diagnostic software—Perkins EST is the go-to. Set the baud rate to 250k. Once it connects, you’ll be able to read codes and run diagnostics. Be careful with any write or flash functions—only use them if you’re absolutely sure what you’re doing.

People make mistakes. I have made plenty myself. Just ask anyone here that was once a teenager...

It isn't the germs, those will be dead. It is the carcinogens that I dislike.

Is that what you guys look like? I was thinking blonde, Hugo Boss and lots of weight lifting machines.

Gross. A new double edge blade is 4 cents and you can use a new one every shave. I also strop my razor, but it's a straight razor...

Ok, so here is the answer:
1. Women monkey bar between men. If it isn't her trainer, it is someone else. She is in the prowl. There will be many men so do not fool yourself into thinking you can do anything to stop this in a long term relationship.
2. The first thing that women do before looking for a new relationship is start working out so they can attract better potential mates. This is a statistic and you can look it up.
3. You need to pull away slightly and also really focus on what you care about. Spend the entire day doing it without her. And, start referring to her friends, highlighting their good qualities,"Sarah with the good hair" or "Katie that throws the great parties". Of course, her secret quality is "Emily that gives the best sex".
You are already married so you are off to a good start and a divorce is a heavier lift than a break up.
I went through this maybe 12 years ago. She started working out, hanging out with her work friends and eventually dumped me. IDK if she was fucking on the side but she might have been. The guy ditched her after a month and she still had her last name at 34. She was a fat 6, and a step down so it wasn't a big loss. She would be a guys great second wife. Take solace in the fact if she ends it, she will not be trading up.

Good luck.

Your account that is 4 hours old. Cartoon child porn. There is a book called easy peasy about porn addiction. You can find the PDF easily online.

There is anime- cartoons, then henti- cartoon porn, then loli- cartoon child porn. Unless I am mistaken, this is pretty degenerate.

/v/anime viewpost?postid=6825ef2b069c0

Child porn cartoons? You are alone on this one. Reddit might be more supportive of your addiction. Do the right thing and delete your pictures. Then, get an adult wife and don't be a creep.

You are phrasing this as a "question" like everyone is going through this, they are not. And, you already know this is wrong because you are asking in the first place. I don't see questions regarding the ethics of brushing your teeth...

Sauna will help. Anti worm drops too. Basically ivermectin.

Get one of those 140 db "storm" whistles. It isn't illegal to blow a whistle in your back yard. Don't stop till the dog is in the house. It won't take long.

I had 1 inch of splinter in the arch of my foot. I went to the Dr and the woman was too afraid to follow the path and get it out. I did my own surgery and dug and cut at it for 2 hours before waiting it out. It was there for a year. MRI and then another local surgeon did some work on it. It must have been near the bone because the surgeon still didn't get it. But the surgery opened it up enough that it came out 3 weeks later. That was irritating. I still ran on it on a regular basis while it was in. I still have it.

Yeah, probably a pretty large job. Replace what you tear out. Do a YouTube search on bathroom remodel and you will see a ton of examples. They actually aren't that bad, it's just a box with a floor after all. I just don't know about the waterproofing. Some places they use a lead pan but other people like the stick on waterproofing or the orange stuff. Just make sure you don't cut corners or you will be back to the same issue. You could probably do the cutting with a handsaw, there shouldn't be too many cuts -10, 15?

Or you could pay a carpenter and hope he doesn't charge automotive prices.

AI is actually starting to impact hiring but the displaced workers haven't started building new businesses yet. Maybe you will be one of them. Whatever happens, things are going to move much faster from here out.
