Two reasons it's being spread as a "actual court":
1. easy discredit material "it's not even a real court you conspiracy theorist!". From there all critical thinking shuts down

I as well prefer a different path. History though is not an event, it is process. A continual series of depredations and risings against those depredations. If you are familiar with history then you will see there can be no other way, no other conclusion.
Strife and struggle are natural. There is no morality in them, neither in the suffering of them or the inflicting of them. You will get what you tolerate until you stop tolerating it.
Those who write "people shouldn't be afraid of government, government should be afraid of the people" don't stop to think about the phrase. Government only fears the people when it is *made* to be afraid.
Government, like all organizations bolstered by forces of street enforcers, be it police, or national guard, or spy agencies and racketeer organizations--all of them rely on hiring predatory officials. Who in turn hire predatory enforcers.
The nature of predators is that injury in the wild is often fatal, and being finely tuned hunters, all predators are keenly aware of this fact, at a material, visceral level.
It is why the honey badger, and the wolverine are so effective. It's their tenacity. They can take their wounds. Their ancestors took many. But the jackals, and the crocodiles, and everything else that creeps and crawls on this earth, hunting others, exploiting others, fear the mortal wound, they fear it deep down in the center of who and what they all are.
The people that run our government in the u.s, in in canada, and in many countries around the world, are predators. How frightened must the canadian government be? There is only seeing things, seeing these creatures called bureaucrats, or executives on wallstreet, bankers, journalists, all these abstract words for wolves, for parasites, for the enablers of all that has destroyed your society, your cultures, and your nations.
Seeing them for what they truly are, and the knowing that, no matter what you do, no matter how long you beat the drum of peace, they will force you to decide, go first into impoverishment, then genocide, and oblivion, or rout the wolves and the parasites from their ill-gotten princedoms, without consideration for the self-importance of their titles or other people's sensibilities of modern behavior.
The financiers, the bureucrats, the councils, the commissions, the law officials, the spy chiefs, the propaganda executives, the pundits, the bankers, the billionaires, the industrial military manufacturers building social credit 2.0 in america and western nations, the border agents who allow a free pass to the flooding of western nations with what are violent gangs and narcotics smugglers and radical religions. Those in office who offer succor to the millions who daily discuss in their homes with enthusiasm the replcement of westerners.
Those who wear suits and ties, are wearing enemy uniforms. Those who wear police outfits, are wearing enemy uniforms. Those who appear on television to talk down to us, to slander us yet again, to defame us, to call for our disarming, to call for laws that treat Americans and other people in the west as terrorists for having the "wrong" opinions. Those who cast suspicious anyone who questions government.
This is their naked violence. This is their terrorism. And they, like hungry wolves, mean to destroy you.
They will do it to protect their jobs. They will do it because their job is to do what their bosses tell them. They will do it because they listen to an hour of CNN or Foxnews every day, excusing their actions against the american people, the canadian people, the french people, the british people, the australian people, the people of new zealand and south africa. This is the terrorism of the pundits, beating the drum to encourage black on white violence while histrionically screaming about white supremacy and anti-vaxxer ignorance. These are the pundits whos unchecked vitriol lead a violent black marxist to run down a christian parade, killing an eight year old boy. These are the pundits foaming at the mouth who give air time to radical activists who joke about murdering white babies and burning churches.
They wear uniforms and patrol your streets because you are not allowed to protect yourselves from criminals anymore.
They wear suits and ties and go into work to hunt people down for having the wrong opinion in public.
They invent hate-hoaxes to distract from marxist mass murders and the killing of kids like cannon hinnat, blatant hate crimes, while calling us all terrorists for demanding pedofiles and transexuals stop teaching radical violent marxism to kids in school.
They send a small army of men in black SUVs, to tear down rope pulls and scream at the sky about racism, while armies of khaki'd spies, brainwashed in the military, to hate their own citizens, patrol protests and peaceful organizations to incite and frame people for terrorism.
These are our enemies. There is no forgiveness for them. This is not a matter of forgiveness or morality. They have given into these positions because they are weak, dependent, and will always choose themselves, over their people, themselves over their nations, themselves over the laws they claim to uphold. And in the heat of the moment, when all turns against all, they will always throw up their hands and claim "I always supported the people! I was only doing my job."
And that is because only those who have no human conscience are hired for those jobs. They are hired because they are cowards, and will carry out the worst depravities known to man, if given the right propaganda, the right orders, the right incentive. We saw it with every cop who arrested children for not wearing masks. Every cop who arrived at waco. Every official that tried to abuse american citizens at bundy ranch. Every official who has refused to blow the whistle. To come forward. TO leak the most damaging information possible without redaction or concern for themselves. Every official who stood buy while canadian churches were burned by marxiss over a lie about mass graves. Every agent who participated in ruby ridge. Every cop who verbally and physically abused citizens for refusing the injection, or for refusing to enforce masks at businesses, or for numerous other imagined violations they used to justify their lawless violent criminality.
These are the enemy, the parasites, and the enforcers of the parasites. They think they are the good guys. They think they are in control. Some of them even think there is redemption for them.
They aren't, and there isn't.
Throw them off and finally be free.
Become ungovernable.
If you followed orders. If you spat on your fellow citizens, and justified these abuses against us, these suppressions. If you ever uttered "my job!", "muh bills!", if you still put that suit on. No amount of excuses will make a difference. No amount of thinking you're one of the good guys will matter. Because we are beyond "good guys" and "bad guys" now.
